 We’re excited to welcome you as an exhibitor at the Minot Home & Outdoor Fun Expo, happening October 18–19, 2025, at the North Dakota State Fair Center! Your booth space will be officially secured once we receive your completed exhibitor agreement and full payment.

Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of registration to reserve your booth. We accept credit cards, checks, and other payment methods as outlined during the registration process.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made after August 19, 2025 (within 60 days of the event) are non-refundable.
   
• Cancellations made before this date may be eligible for a partial refund, minus a $50 non-refundable processing fee.
   
• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to: info@ndhomeexpo.com.
   

Booth Space Assignments
While we make every effort to honor your preferred location, the event team reserves the right to adjust booth placements to enhance the overall layout and experience of the show.

Exhibitor Conduct
We ask all exhibitors to maintain professional, friendly, and respectful behavior throughout the event. Any inappropriate conduct may result in removal from the expo without a refund.

Booth Setup & Teardown
Exhibitors are responsible for setting up and dismantling their displays during the designated move-in and move-out times. Any materials left behind after teardown will be discarded at the exhibitor’s expense.

Liability Notice
The Minot Home & Outdoor Fun Expo is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to exhibitor property. Exhibitors are encouraged to carry their own insurance to cover any potential risks.

Force Majeure
In the event of a cancellation or postponement due to circumstances beyond our control (such as severe weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions), exhibitors will be notified promptly. In such cases, refunds will not be issued, and the event may be rescheduled.

Agreement Acknowledgment
By completing your registration, you agree to all terms and conditions listed above and commit to participating in the Minot Home & Outdoor Fun Expo in a way that enhances the experience for all attendees and fellow exhibitors.
